If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Fuschia Pink offer refunds or exchange to any returns within 14 days from the date of receipt. Any refund requests must be authorised in advance by a member of our team.
If you would like a refund or exchange then the first thing to do is call us on 07780 112413 or email so we can discuss the reason for your return and potential options for exchange (subject to stock availability).
Please note that the product must be returned to Fuschia Pink in the same condition in which is was initially sent with all paperwork and packaging intact.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we can provide international delivery, please allow up to 10 working days. Additional postage charges may occur.
How do I return an item?
If you would like to return an item purchased online for a refund or exchange then you must contact Fuschia Pink directly on 07780 112413 within 14 days of the date of receipt. You will then be advised on returning the item.
If a Fuschia Pink product has been purchased from one of our stockist then the item must be return to the stockist for a refund or exchange to be approved.
Can you refuse a refund or exchange?
Yes. No refund or exchange will be approved if the product is returned in a poor or damaged condition. The returned item must also show proof of purchase.
Will I be charged for return postage?
If an exchange items has been requested you will not be charged for the postage of the exchange item. However, Fuschia Pink are not responsible for the initial return postage for the unwanted item.
How do I track my order?
Any items purchased online will be sent to you via tracked courier. Once the order has been despatched you will will be sent the tracking information for the courier.
How can I contact your couriers?
The tracking number will provide details of the courier who can be contacted directly to establish the status of your order.
