Refunds for items purchase online
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if it is not as expect, or it’s not up to scratch, don’t worry. Just contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange and providing it is in it is returned in its original condition, we’ll gladly refund or exchange it for you.

When requesting a refund, please contact use via phone or email and quote the item order number along with your details to provide proof of purchase. The items can then be returned to Fuschia Pink at the above address, we would recommend obtaining a proof of postage from the post office when sending. Once the item has been received by Fuschia Pink it will be inspected and refund processed within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that the customer (you) are responsible for the cost or risk of loss/damage when returning the items so would advise proof or postage or insured delivery options are considered.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Refunds for items purchase through a store (stockist)
If you’re lucky enough to live to close to one of our stockists in the UK, you’re welcome to exchange any of your unwanted goods in store . If nothing else takes your fancy, we can also offer you a credit note. Sadly, we cannot process refunds in our store for orders placed online.
As most of our items are handmade any exchange request will be subject to availability. If no exchange item is available to suit your request then a refund or credit note will be processed.
